Program Registration Guidelines

• Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis by mail or in person
• Full payment is required to confirm your registration
• Please pre - register for all classes/ programs one week prior to start date.  Course may be cancelled due to lack of registrations
• There will be a $5 late fee for registrations received after the stated deadline. (please note this will be inforced)
• If a program is cancelled, registrants will be notified and receive a full refund( refunds for any other reason will be subject to a $5.00 administration fee)
• Unless otherwise stated the minimum number of participants required to run each program is ten
