Prairie West Recreation District is accepting applications for Summer Recreation Assistant ( May – August) and Summer Youth program coordinators ( July – August).
Duties include: coordinating, planning, implementing and evaluation of summer day camp programs for children age 4 – 11. Plan, set-up activities and actively participate including supervision & clean-up. Coordinate all administrative duties as assigned, such as attendance forms, permission forms, registrations, deposits, medical records etc.
Applicant’s must have a valid driver’s licence, current certification in Emergency First Aid/ CPR and will be required to furnish an original criminal record check and child abuse registry check.
Preference will be given to applicants between the ages of 16 & 24, with experience in Recreation, Education or Early Childhood Education.
